How fast is the whole process?
Our process is very fast compared to other companies. Once you get in contact with us, we schedule an estimate at your earliest convenience. After we leave the estimate, we get you a bid or price to do the project by the end of the day after getting in touch with our suppliers. Frome there once we have the greenlight to start, the materials are delivered, and we finish the project within 1 to 3 days!
How long will the screens last?
Standard screen options will last 5-15 years while the stronger options last 20+ years. We also provide a one-year warranty covering all storms and animal accidents so if your dog runs through a screen or a hurricane rips one, we come back out as soon as possible and replace it free of charge.
How do estimates work?
Once you get in contact with us and schedule a estimate we have one technician who comes to look at your project and get measures, take photos as well. The estimate will take 15-30 minutes and while no one needs to be present during the estimate it is always recommended to have the project owner present to discuss details and specifications.
Licenses and insurance?
Licenses vary from states and parishes so please do proper research based on your area to see what qualifications are needed. As most projects do not exceed 7,500$ we are not required to have most licenses however we do have building permit along with insurance as required. If you require proof of this, please make us aware BEFORE your appointment as we do not carry this on us. Your personally do not need to handle any permitting as these projects are small and not considered an extension of the house since it is not “livable” space. If you require HOA approval, we suggest going with another company, call us if you're wondering why.
What are the benefits of having a screened patio?
The main and best benefit is no more bugs in your patio! This means no Flies, Mosquitos, or Nats. Adding a screened patio will also increase your home value because the price of aluminum alone in the past 10 years has increased 37% to 54% and with its growing popularity adds value. Privacy is also a main benefit and if this is more important to you, we provide specific screen which is extra dark and provides up-most privacy but any screens add privacy to your back patio which we find most useful in crowded neighborhoods or houses that face the street from the back. Your screen room is also going to protect you from the sun which means the heat as well, plus any rain and wind will be deterred so in any situation you can now peacefully enjoy your patio.
What design options are available?
We have multiple design options to fit you and your house which include 3 color ways for our aluminum frame: Bronze, White, and Tan. We also offer multiple size Kick Plate which also comes in all three colors, or you can mix match your frame, kick plate, and kick plate trim. Our screens vary and what you choose will decide if your screen is lighter in color and has a lot of outside visibility or dark in color with little to no outside looking in visibility. We offer multiple sized doors for the specific sizes explore our listing page, doors can be installed wherever you like on your patio, we can install however many you like, swinging inside or outside, left-handed or right-handed. We also install doggy doors and even cat doors if it fits your project. If something you have in mind isn’t listed than please call us today and ask us any question you have.
What preparation should I do before installation?
If you keep dogs or any pets in the back space we ask that you put them where they cannot escape as we walk back and forth. Please ensure that anything you do not want damaged should be moved out of the space OR please make us aware of what you do not want damaged. Please ensure you have solid foundation for the space you want enclosed.
How is the end process of my installation?
Once we finish installing your aluminum frame and screening it all in, we then caulk any gaps to make sure your patio is sealed up and airtight. After that we clean up the project area and allow our customer to look it over, once they are happy, we take payment within 24 hours of finishing, but we ask that payment be ready once you’ve looked it over and are happy with it. We accept payment via cash, check, cashapp, or venmo! If you would like a discount, just ask us how you can acquire one.
